Is it ok if I use cayenne pepper and ginger? And warm it up first before using? I will test it out so no one gets a chemical burn. But I think it will come out similar to hot oil, except without the peppers.
I tried with the measurements instructed and it was very uncomfortable on my skin. My skin burned and was very sensitive even in the shower the hot water made my skin sting where the cream was applied.

I have this on as I’m watching this but the only thing I did was I used way less measurements than what you’ve recommended only because I have extremely sensitive skin. I’ve had it on for about 30 mins with just plastic wrap which is not giving me any complications thus far. I definitely feel the tingly , warm sensation. I’m assuming that’s from the vapor rub mixed with the c pepper. I’ll update if it works !
I’d say definitely test the product before using it. This combination does make a difference but it does give off a unwanted vibe after wearing it for more than a hour or so even if you have sensitive skin (personal opinion). Other than that it worked for me I just couldn’t wear it for more than an hour. If you want to tone , definitely try this OR just vapor rub it’s self which works the same exact way except vapor rub gives you a only a tingly sensation (from the menthol) and , this diy cream gives off like a tingly & HOT sensation which idk if it’s normal or not because one of the ingredients is pepper spice.
