  1. Been almost 3 months since the last time i work out regularly, i usually able to be on the same pace as kit, but today i did all moves with modification and slower…still burn me up though

  2. l did the workout and burned about 250calories the exercises on the mat l didn't do the advanced and l did longer breaks. This was my first time trying this workout.
