  1. They tell you to count calories on keto anyways. Why is this better than just calorie counting?

  2. Keto is real!…It works, weight loss with hardly any effort or willpower. Bacon and eggs is diet food.

    It’s the calories that matter people. If ketosis works for you it’s because keto helped you be in a calorie deficit. It’s not magic.

  4. My own experience suggests that the ketogenic diet is over-hyped. A good diet shoould be easy to stick with and be healthy. Agoge diet is a great option, I lost a lot of persistent belly fat.

Six years on and 30kg lighter I find it easy to maintain my new healthy weight and I love the food. At weekends I eat normal carby meals…it works a treat for me and has literally saved my life!

  14. My only regret is not trying the Agoge diet sooner, very great results. Keto really ruined me for a couple of weeks before that.
