  1. I have recently got tummy rolls and loose skin on sides of my stomach even tho i am skinny my ribs feel a little off too. I feel like my whole tummy area has changed it was not like this before.

  2. help im so skinny and I have a belly thingy and when I press down I feel like a cage and I tried this and it felt like something was opening and it was hurting and it still hurts a bit can someone help this is my biggest security and I try workouts nothing works only if I tuck in help

  5. Diaphragms/belly’s don’t fill with air, they go out when breathing in cause diaphragms get shorter and wider to make your lungs expand and fill with air

    Only way u can have gas in your belly that’s causing bloating is having it in your intestines from stuff like digestion/intolerance/gut bacteria issues, but ye good spine posture will make your belly stick out less

  7. My stomach sticks out massively and yes I look pregnant. But I can't do what you are saying in your video. I can't tilt my pelvis, side to side but not back and forth. (I wasn't aware of this until today) is there something else I can try?

  8. I have this issue…I am almost bed ridden. After braces my jaw moved in wrongful way I think. The lower jaw and upper moved too much inwardly. My tummy came out and I have anterior pelvic tilt now..I have sleep apnea and also my breath rate is slow. The poor minded doctors can't even understood my issue. I start to observe my diaphragm is not moving well.. It is hard for me to inhale and exhale. I need your help. How to get an online consultation from you.?

  9. I have the same problem I'm skinny but I have a protruding belly after I eat something it sits so far out. I could eat something very small in my stomach will just bloat. I don't drink alcohol I do drink coffee from time to time but mostly I don't eat any junk food but it's like I have the alien bellies from Men In Black.
