  1. First girl I've found on here that actually knows what she's talking about.

  2. Hello I am at 2 miles a day now I'm still working my way up. I've noticed my butt isn't as toned as it used to be I feel it's getting a little saggy. A little back ground I used to be very active but at the beginning of 2020 I got a office job and had it till October so I was not nearly as active as I used to be. I tried I went for walks after work but it wasn't enough. While working there I put on about 20 pounds. Idk how much I've lost now if I have at all with the holidays I havnt weighed myself. But since I quit my job I've been running and I'm getting nervous about my butt getting saggy. I've never had a issue with it its always been a good size and toned but now when I look in the mirror it doesn't look so good. And I don't have access to a gym I just have 2 10 pound weights.

  3. Was not boring! Really enjoyed. Hope you keep making videos, you’re a natural.

  4. Any incline where you're pushing resistance down and preferably behind you is going to build glutes. Where running shrinks your glutes is when your body is burning it's muscles (and fat), which is highly found and stored in the glutes

Edit: do HIIT with the sled or the tank. Tire flips works too but probably not a woman's favorite

  5. Hi, I know this is an old video, I am not sure you will see it. I want to lose butt fat and thigh fat. But I am told I will gain a bigger butt. Can you recommend what kind of running should I do? What kind of hit do you recommend?

  6. Thank.I just started running 2 weeks back and was afraid it might burn muscles!

  7. I lost my but fat before but will I lose it again if I burn more calories

  8. This was a great video and very informative. Don’t need to watch any other butt growing videos after this. Thanks you

  9. Hello. I just discovered your channel. could you please tell me how to get my butt from square to hourglass? I have recently started to run and to do resistance bands exercises at home. I dont go to a gym, I prefer to work at home for now

  10. Running is the only thing that really makes me happy. Can do it every single day if I want to? Also is the only way that I ever been able to stay smalle and tight .. If I ever stop doing it I gain weight and get bigger. I know this goes against most gym goers, as I just want to get big. I feel better whenever I am skinny and lean. I just don't think that I can get away without large amounts of cardio with my body type
