I feel like companies like slimfast are not sustainable bc you get hooked on buying their meal replacements to maintain or continue the diet – when basically it’s just calorie restriction – wish they could be more transparent but I guess it’s about the $$ considering the diet industry is a billion $ industry. Thanks for trying it out for us though was interesting to see results.

  8. I was sooo ridiculously hungry while doing this. It worked but I found it unsustainable once I was back in work. I do like the way the taste. I did look forward to having the shakes. I never tried the snack bars.

  11. I absolutely have loved these vlogs. Is there any chance you would film your next month as well? Either way you’ve inspired me to become more healthy and to put myself first. I’ve mindlessly stuffed myself for too long and to be honest it’s made me miserable. I need to reset my eating and know what it feels like to even be hungry. Congratulations! I can see a big difference and the fat percentage lost is amazing!
