    I’ve been considering getting the app, as I’ve hit a plateau with my weight loss and am eating too little for my body or something of the sort.
    I’m still trying to lose weight, but I’ve heard the app tells you to eat a lot more than you think!
    Was it hard to accustom your body to the new “diet”? And should I get the year plan too not worry about it every month as I have to pay for the gym
    Or pay monthly?

  12. I love Krissy Cele and Annebelle Hayes. They are very motivating. I started my fitness journey 4 weeks ago and was upset when I stepped on the scale but when my trainer put my progress photo next to my day 1 photo I was like DAMN! I only lost 5 lbs but the body transformation tells a different story.

  15. I generally start by jogging at 7.5 for 3 minutes, then 8 for 3 min, 8.5 for 3, 9 for 3, 12 for 2 minutes, 15 for 1.5 minutes and come back down slowly with every speed atleast one minute. Works well for me

    Go to 3 for 30 seconds.
    Go half a mile per hour.. 7.5
    Back down to 3 for 30 seconds.
    Back up .5

  17. American 2.5 speed is way slower than 2.5 speed in the UK. UK 2.5 to USA is like a 3.5 speed or over on the treadmill. USA 2.5 speed is seems very slow

  18. Yes, it’s real. All you go through in the “Kαbοnοz Ydα” (Google it), eating plan guide. Within 3 weeks, I saw significant improvements by now, Seven lbs bodyweight shed, 2 inches reduce on my hips and another 2.5inches off my very own waistline. It is really awesome. . .

  19. I run at 6 or 7 till I get my heart rate over 120. Then I walk at 2.6 till my heart rate drops below 120. Then I run again till I get it back above 120. This is an old home treadmill someone gave me. I find it kind of boring thou.

  20. I have fucked up knees so I can’t do this. They crack and pop and when I run or jog they snap and I fall or catch myself then end up with a stiff and painful knee for a week I’m only 18 😤.

  21. I have found great results in my 5/5 strategy. I do a fast walk for 5 minutes uphill and then I run (7 – 10) for 5 minutes and I do this back and forth for 45 minutes.
