  1. I am now at 4 months on Quick Weight Loss and have lost 68 lbs, Even when I do finish the program, it has helped me change my eating habits tremendously. They are great and I appreciate everything that they have done!

  2. I remember watching this review when I was 280 the day after I started QWL and after I smiled just now looking in the mirror I decided to look at this review again. This program works if you follow the diet and also I never ate their products or took pills I just moved more and ate a lot of veggies and cut out sodium. I did exactly what they told me and it was hard at first until I started feeling better than I ever had. I weigh 190 now and its been 8 months. I'm still steadily losing weight I'm also 6'1". Don't let this review stop you from changing your life. If you look as lean as her and worried about a bit of tummy fat then just change your diet and eat healthy permanently. If you still have that tiny bit of tummy fat after eating right and exercising then learn to love yourself.

  3. I tried QWL in 2008 and did get great results. Did it for 3 maybe 4 months super to the T and went from 170 to 130. I was around 25 years old. But only paid for direct program/supplements and not for the lifetime maintenance feed. I maintained this for most part, after 5 years I had gained 5 lbs. And now after 2 kids and 10 years later back up to 170 (gave birth 3 months ago) I liked the program felt I ate more than was use to but different. (I lived off pho and alcohol at the time). Did not like cost of meal.bars and supplements and found cheaper "carb cutter" at Walmart that made me believe it worked in those initial 5 years so was happy. Cost is what is preventing me at the moment for trying it again.

  4. I did the program back in 2011 and did lose the weight I wanted, BUT it was so fast that I looked like a melted candle…..folds of skin on my upper thighs, hollow cheeks and literally no butt (wasn't any curve to hold down my underwear) so I quit. You are right about two very important things – the price is ridiculous and they pressure you at each and every visit to buy the supplements. The diet itself is okay because I was able to eat real foods, but it was a bit restrictive. Lots of rules. I would not recommend it to anyone either. BTW, thank you for your post.

  5. I lost almost 70 pounds in about 5 months. It worked for me. It stopped working when I yielded to pressure from family. (Aw come on man 1 piece of cake won’t hurt you) etc…

  6. I hated the diet, it was very hard for me but I lost when I stuck to it. It was so easy for me for wanting to cheat but I did not. Lost 30 pds, the last 10pds is always the hardest to get rid of. The best thing I had all the fat around my stomach which you could grab and it all melted off. I was 45 when I did it. I never let myself get up to more than 30 pds over. Your right, they get you with the supplements. Your spending money every week for the supplements.

  7. It definitely works, and definitely hard to maintain. The supplements are great, but insanely expensive. Granted, there
is something scientific in the supplements, i guess the combination helps your skin elasticity, because after losing 30-40 lbs i saw no loose skin. However, I agree with the young lady, as far as them being predatory in their sales tactics and advertisement. I would have felt less bamboozled if they had told me the supplements were not included in the hundreds of dollars signing on. you really don't need them just sticking to the low calorie diet you will loose weight

  8. Okay, let me say I have lost a lot of weight two time using QWLC. First time 2010 …. I dropped 100 pounds. Second time (in program today) 67 pounds. I have to say that what you said about the “prep” is not true. To properly do the prep you have eat a lot of meat and raw vegetables for at least three day. This means you eat a lot and do not starve. I have never starved on this diet. I eat 7 small meals a day. Now, here is the real thing you need to understand. If you don’t follow their eating plan method, you will not lose weight. You have to do exactly like they say … overtime you learn that there are ways to cheat on certain things, but your portions have to be close to there recommendation and preparation standards. This is the catch … you have to buy there supplements (I.e., puddings, shakes and bars) which taste good but are very expensive ($18 for 7 bars)! Also … this is true … the goal is to keep you in as long as they can so you continue to pay for more products. I found that they didn’t teach me the first time how live a real life after QWLC … I THINK THAT was my biggest gripe, not failing to lose weight. The truth about any dieting is learning to eat less. When you are a fat person like I have been that means putting less food in your month and being satisfied with less food. In my first 6 months of being out last time gained 25 pounds. That was because I didn’t understand calories! That was the craziest thing … after being done they say just eat x-amount of calories to maintain! Well I never heard of a calorie during the entire diet … this time around … I practice calorie counting every day! Anyhow, I stabilized 25 pound higher and stayed at my happy weight of 250ish for five more years. The last three years I creeped up 10 pounds a year until I lost control again and got myself over the dreaded 300 again. I’m at 247 today … I was hoping to hear about the stabilization process … because that’s next for me in about 10 pounds or so or by 9/1 which ever comes first. I think the weak point for me was not learning how to live without QWLC eating plan on my first trip … I have been keeping this in mind every day I’m on the plan. You won’t lose weight if you don’t follow the rules. Some of the counselors are better than others, some are not good. All I can say is if you need help and you will work the plan you will lose weight. If you cheat and don’t like discipline then you will not lose weight. In the end you get out of the plan what you put in your mouth! I hope this helps someone …. I’m a drummer on YT … check out my videos from 2017-18 and then look at the last few months you can see it works.

  9. If you do not lose weight on QWLC, then you are a person who lacks discipline. Yes it is expensive but one of the best things is the accountability aspect of it. When you know you have to go onto a scale and report to someone, there is a pride aspect. I never felt like they were trying to starve me. This is about eating a disciplined diet. You are to feed your body throughout the day with smaller portions so your body learns to burn the fat you give it versus confusing the body. I think it did not work for you because you (1) want the weight off but (2) do not want to put in the effort to make it happen.

  10. Does Fenoboci Diet Plan (do a google search) help me lost lots of fat? I see lots of people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn method.

  11. The book is exactly what I needed lost more than I even wanted was able to gain in back in muscle. 34lbs I’ve maintained over 5years. It works. It’s funny how you say you gained it all back after spending all the $ like walking into the place was the reason you had lost it. It self control, eating the right portions and the right food. I love how trainers tell you oh no it doesn’t work… This is a great plan for people that can’t workout or have a busier lifestyle…. You gained it back because you didn’t want to stick to it.. Not because it didn’t work… just saying..

  12. It seems the program has changed quite a bit over the years. I did the QWLC program in the 90's and it was very simple. Normal grocery foods from the store, no tricks or gimmicks. You ate whatever you wanted as long as it fulfilled your protein/vegetable/starch/fruit requirement for the day. Quite honestly I complained more than once that it was more food than I could eat in one day. so hearing this is unsettling. Three day prep was an "eat all you like" but limited you to particulars (vegetables fruit and proteins) I literally ate a whole chicken, head of lettuce and some other stuff for each meal for 3 days and lost almost 10 pounds. Within a year I went from 297 to 135! When I followed my couselors advice and admonishings i consistently dropped 2-5 pounds each week. when I deviated it was less or nothing. But even in hitting plateaus, they helped pinpoint the problem and get around it. Definitely not the program they are currently using judging from this video. Makes me sad because they were over and above the best back then. They dealt in real life living and all the others were dealing in frozen foods, pills and false hope. I lost my weight and kept it off for years until I got pregnant with my 4th and then I ate everything in sight lol. Still with what they taught me I have managed to remain healthy over the years.

  13. I went to Physician’s Weight Loss Clinic a couple of years ago. I lost almost 100 pounds in 10 months, but gained it lol back within a year. I spent several thousand dollars on the supplements and the actual plan. I think Quick Weight Loss Center is the same. What do you suggest?

  14. i did this program and i lost 80 pounds in 8 months. it was great. but i gained it all back for my dumbass reasons. Does anyone remember their plateaus breakers. those worked wonders for me.

  15. This program works fine if you follow the plan. I was on it for 5 months and lost 56 lbs. Yay me! So each is entitled to their opinion. It’s not for everyone. I’m not going to discourage anyone, to each his own.. The program works, if you follow the plan!!!!!

  16. I actually lots about 30 pounds, i strictly follow the diet no exercise and i lost all the weight, for an Africa i was happy… and i hope to continue
