Hi I actually haven't done any exercises in a while because of lack of motivation and happiness, but due to a new change happening in my life I'm excited and really wanted to try some exercising! I don't need anything to lose weight, but I thought something that helps with toning and improving my strength overall would be nice.
    I watched a channel that recommend you so I found this one video try out at first and I really liked! I always found ones that didn't talk to me, but having you talk to me through it is oddly motivating. I'm pretty sure I ended up doing some wrong (I accidentally kicked my lamp at one point whoops), but it was really fun and I feel a difference! I noticed my inner thighs was the hardest to work with oddly enough. SO thank you for motivation and I hope to keep trying to improve. 😀
