  2. I eat granola only sometimes but it says on the package that its like 200 calories and when I eat it in my dinner my dinner is 300 calories (I eat granola+yogurt) is actually good for me

You need the fats from nuts because they are saturated fats, what you don’t need is unsaturated fats ( seed oils and processed foods with sugersss ) that’s what causes the belly fats , arm fats and all those stubborn fats we don’t want , but the fats from nuts are very essential, you might not necessarily need to cut those if you wanna loose weight.

  10. I recently went thru menopause. It's over!!! Going thru Peri-menopause, then the actual menopause, last phase of post menopause was a real trip. Summers were brutal. I can't say the last time that I wore makeup. I don't see how these women who wear make-up wear so much of it.
    It's basically pan cake make-up.
    Now, I will say that eat lots of fruits and veggies everyday. Primarily cook daily and always eating at home but, tomorrow!!!! I'm eating two twinkies.

  11. The people asking so what's the solution. He has other reels and longer videos talking about this. If you want to know, just do the work and research. Recently i wanted to see what he says about the kidneys and so i went in search if the videos.

    And if you listen to this reel, he is talking about toxins from diet of highly processed foods as well as hygiene, household, makeup and cosmetics that we use, so solutuon….change how you eat and what you use…simple 🤷🏾‍♀️
