I just came across this video and I love it! But do you have any modified moves for people with limitations? I have severe scoliosis so I cant lay on my stomach or back unless I’m on a massage table. I love the moves I can do though! It’s honestly been so hard to find workouts that I can feel working and I love the first 2 moves I can definitely feel

This is terrible I do not recommend for a serious reason when I did this I started to experience pelvic pain it’s like shooting pain up your vagina and I wasn’t doing anything different from what workouts I was usually doing I think this isn’t good for you. And on top of that after 6 days I did not see any results.

This is tough. first time I tried I got to about 4 mins, this time I got to 10 mins but skipped the side plank frog legs. 😂 I'll try them tomorrow and try and do the full workout
