  1. I’m still waiting for the time when women will understand that all of this is normal — like breathing. I get that us caring so much is mostly because men have told us for years that cellulite is ugly and that we shouldn’t show it and now all that shit is sitting in our heads rent free. Let’s just f* it already. You girls are beautiful.

  2. For those one who are searching for the cheap cellulite solution – vacuum silicone massager from pharmacy and walking helped me a lot. Massager is like 2$, walking is free

  3. I just quit giving any fcks. I'm 48, I'm very fortunate to be happy in my life (in spite of my clinical depression and ADHD), and I want to live it without worrying if someone is bothered by my cellulite. I'm grateful to still be around. If someone sees me and thinks, "wow, she's gross", it says more about them. My wish for anyone reading this comment is that you DON'T take until you're in your 40's to be comfortable with yourself and figure this out.

  4. Bio oil can prevent stretch marks from my personal experience. I used it on my belly when I was pregnant and I didn’t get any on my belly even though I have them on other parts of my body from gaining and losing weight.

  5. Cellulite is NOT the fat, it is the appearance that comes from the netting of facia that stretches over the fat. Imagine fishnet stockings tightly pulled over your skin, that’s basically what cellulite is. Some exercise may help, some fascia massage may help, some dietary changes may help, and/or some fasting for autophagy may help. But there’s no quick and easy fix for it. It’s genetics.

  6. A few months ago, I used to feel so embarrassed about my body. I wasn’t even overweight, but I just didn’t feel comfortable in my own skin. No matter what I did, I wasn’t happy with myself. But then I started reading The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel and instead of scrolling my fyp I watched self-love and ‘that girl’ type videos on YouTube. This book truly changed everything for me. I started working out, cut down on sugar, started drinking 3L water daily, and instead of watching useless content on YouTube, I’ve started watching videos like you make. I focused more on myself, and now my acne is gone, my body feels like a new version of me, and most importantly my mindset has changed. Even my hobbies have shifted. I started my own small business, something I never thought I’d have the confidence to do. I used to be super shy, never stood up for myself, and let people say whatever they wanted. But now I’ve learned to speak up, to defend myself, and to be proud of who I am. I’m honestly so grateful for this growth. 💖 ✨

  7. If you're scrolling through the comments looking for a sign, consider this it. If it’s late, take a deep breath, relax, and remind yourself that it’s okay to let go of what you can’t control. The past is behind you, the future will come on its own – all you really have is this moment. I remember feeling disconnected and unsure of myself, but everything started to shift after I read The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel. That book helped me reconnect with my inner strength and reminded me of the power I had all along. Since then, I’ve started to feel more aligned, more confident, and I’m finally seeing things fall into place. If you’re feeling lost, don’t ignore it. Do something today that your future self will thank you for. Tomorrow, I’m waking up with purpose and focusing on what truly matters. Maybe this is exactly what you needed to read. Thank you for this great video, helpful for real… Wish you all the best 💞 💫

  8. I always wanted to be that divine feminine magnetic woman. 🌹 For years I thought it meant trying harder, looking better, doing more… until I found The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel. This book flipped everything I believed about femininity and showed me how true power comes from presence, not effort. If you’ve been craving that inner shift, this is the book that will awaken it. ✨

  9. I used to blame my family that i'm not productive and that they judge me for every thing i do and that they say (it's just a waste of time) but now i ignore them and i do what i think is good for because i know we all don't have the same opinions – one of the things the book The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel taught me, I recommend it to everyone!

  10. I swear every woman needs to read The Silent Feminine Power by Lana Cressel. You don’t just attract men – you attract everything you desire. Underrated and overlooked.

  11. My butt used to be in stripes of stretch marks I reduce the appearance by 90-85% they are not longer visible to the naked eye by using body scrubs, vitamin c cream during the day and retinol during the night mixed with body oils I didn’t see any difference when I was using only one of these and my marks were over 20 years old white already

  12. as a slender and very fit person I will tell you I have had cellulite under my bum since I hit puberty….. When I was running 32k a week, eating a healthy diet, doing ballet 10 hours a week ontop of this mixed in with lifting weights cycling and hiking….. I still had it…… part of It I assume is just genetics too, annnnnnnnnnnnnddddddd its a sign of fertility 🙂

  13. I recommend Marine Collagen it changed whole structure of my skin including the cellulite parts
