  2. Im 56 and I started at 222 pounds 3 weeks ago. I’m down to 213. I cannot believe that is how much I weigh. I was a super skinny kid… weight started piling on after 35 ish… 😢 I’m small boned and now only like 5’4. my family and friend’s don’t believe it because I hide it well. Apple shape. Anyways I just started WW 3 weeks ago and I’m trying to watch and find good tips, recipes, motivation from all people. Please pray for me… it’s hard. But I would love to get to 150. I’m trying to cut fake processed foods and always load up with Good proteins, fruits and veggies. My Grandma always told me eat lots of fiber. I love them all and I have to be able to do this. I’m def a work in progress 🙏❣️

  3. I am a stay at home mom and have 3 kids so we don't have a lot of money. I know a most trainers charge for healthy recipe books but can you please post or put up a video of some healthy recipes you eat during the day. I really need to start eating healthier. I am a big lover of food and all my life I have eaten lots of fried stuff, soda, chips, frozen foods, boxed foods and noticed as I got into my later 30's my metabolism changed. I also had gestational diabetes with all my pregnancies and I think even afterwards it still affects my body. I also feel sluggish and tired all the time and I know it is my diet. Can you please post some recipes?
