I’ve recently come to believe that my body is not handling carbs well, despite the fact that I am quite active, have an ok diet, get good sleep, etc. I’ve implemented a number of changes to limit blood sugar spikes and ACV with meals has been one of them. I don’t know if it has a special place in the regimen or not. All I know is I have been feeling great and losing weight quite naturally. I feel much more clear and energetic after meals. Keep in mind I was already going for brisk walks after meals for some times for this exact purpose, thinking that was doing all I needed to handle blood glucose after meals. But I would feel good while walking and kind of crash as soon as I stopped moving. I feel like I’m digesting food in a significantly better way now.

  6. Claiming you busted a myth on vinegar being highly beneficial is nuts. Glucose spikes lead to all sorts of negative effects on health, a table spoon of vinegar reduces the spike by 30 percent. Vinegar has all show to help the muscles store more glucose. Then to say you’re better off eating an apple which not only DOES NOT do the same thing but contains fructose is asinine. What a knit picky, misinformed, misinformation spreading video.

  7. What do you guys think? Have you tried Apple Cider Vinegar? Sometimes anecdotes can be very enlightening (as long as we keep their limitations in mind). What did you find it helpful for (if anything)?

  8. I do 3 oz of ACV with one whole lemon juiced in my morning drink while I'm doing my cardio fasted every morning. 2.5 miles walk / light jog. I get in 15k steps per day.

  11. A female cat walk model, told me thats the secret they do combined with portions control and avoiding all bread.
    She said the same it blocks fat storage that way the body start using its on already stored Fat as energy….. instead of storage of it….. What she said ….was drinking that blocks fat you eat from getting stored ….. Prohibit it thereby you cant gain weight if you stop doing it the switch turns back on and too much protein can be converted into sugar by the liver. Protein can turn to carbs if your eating too much.
    She said and she was skinny….
    Two tablespoons before bed you want to mix it in plain water not sugar laden fruit juices.For best results.
    Then you go too sleep bedtime hour , in three days the abs fat on the stomach starts to shrink.

    In one week on it- you get flat Abs
    Then when you combined weights lifting workouts or body shaping workouts
    Or the pilates alot of females does , you get the muscle definition tone so the muscle starts to show.
    She said it's bread that causes pot belly combined with not using portions control (men) … in meals.

  12. Add the ACV in sparkling water or juice. The trick for me is 1/4 tsp baking soda (alkaline compound). It neutralizes the acidity in the drink, making it a breeze to drink with straw. Now I can drink tbsp twice a day. No issues and taste good🍻

I have been drinking ACV, and this is my 8th day, but I'm checking videos about what people are talking about it, and Dr. Mike said it does nothing, and I'm a bit tired; everyone says different things, so Dr. Mike is right or not? who is right? because I really want to test it out and continue to drink 2 tablespoons in 1 glass of water.and im aware of that everyone is different and everyone can experience different things about acv someone maybe allergic to it someone get sick because of it so i get it. Everyone need to experience it and check the results and continue if it works but if not works they just stop obviously.

  15. Nice. Ive been taking it as soon as I get up. The other times are interesting too though. In between meals or at night before bed for fat loss. With meals to negate the affects of a high glycemic index.

  16. This is the only thing that works for me for weight loss. ACV tastes horrible, I was lowkey hoping it wouldn’t work so I could stop taking it, but unfortunately that shit works.
    Just take a shot glass in the morning and let the magic happen. It stops cravings and does whatever else it does to get rid of fat. I’m not sure wtf happens but shit happens and it works. check with your Dr if u are taking other meds, it might enhance the effect of some.

  17. I’m not overweight, my arms are too skinny but I’m chubby from my stomach, body and face and I wanna get rid of the fat, not weight. I wanna keep the weight…. Can anyone with knowledge please guide me ?
    I’m planning to cut fat and get a glow up and start my life with more confidence so I would really appreciate it.

    Tonight I just had a tablespoon with salt and warm water, it was so tasty, it reminded me of my childhood days when I used to eat lots of sour gooseberries and lemon with salt and chilly powder combination 🤤
