  17. I believe this fully . I was at 330 and I've started half scoops protein shakes to replace a meal durring my day. Down to 280 now. Still dropping. Currently just doing walking and yoga to start strengthening my joints again and work up a really good sweat.

    P.S – I learned the hard way. Drink more water if you use protein powder. It can dehydrate you or worse give kidney stones if you don't have enough moisture to not just rehydrate it but also oass it through your system. 😅 i learned this after my first 3 days of it. I was a lil dizzy found out oop you need a bit more water kid.

    Overall it's been incredibly good for me. Even with my hypothyroidism. It's a lil better fuel then your typical oatmeal or bigger meals. Great for developing an appetite if you don't have one too because many flavors. I use chocolate.
