  2. my lower back has a lot of pain when i walk and i’m learning it is a lack of lower ab strength. i’m working on health this 2024.

    i have a weird click in my back during the left leg pulse so i’m gonna ask my doc abt that before i keep doing it but the rest will be perf to help strengthen my core n protect my back.
