  3. I just started it on day 4 gurl it’s not the same as it used to😔, there’s no yuck 🤢 however it does still cut appetite. However hopefully this new 🍎 cider will be as effective as I knew it originally was.

  5. I just started taking diet work cider trim with green tea, green coffee extract and garcinia. Cause I can't stand apple cider vinegar alone, but in a pill it's easier. We will see.

  9. I'm not a fan of drinking ACV. I'm trying to ingest it with cucumbers instead.

  10. I’m doing this for TWO weeks while eating healthier, cutting back on the junk food, exercising, etc. basically a little blog before vacation 😭
    Day 1: I started with 120 pounds and a 28 1/2 inch waist. I used one tablespoon to start and just drank it as quick as I could to get over it. I walked my neighborhood because my knee hurt too much to run a lot, I did lots of waist workouts and stomach vacuums and I swam and weight lifted (legs) today. Nothing much yet!

  16. I love apple cider vinegar! I’ve been using it for a long time. I usually just take a shot (lol) in the morning and one at night, but you’re right it’s very acidic and bad for ur teeth, so I usually just throw it to the back of my throat! But no matter what IT’S DISGUSTING AND SMELLS 🤣🤣

  18. I tried ACV it didn't help me with weight loss but still has other health benefits. Daily walking worked best for me. Five days 30+ minutes moderate walking or else 3 days high intense walking/jogging. Lost 20 pounds in 3 months.

  21. You can make this into a tea. Hot water 1-2 top of vinegar, lemon juice and stevia. It taste much better and makes it easier to get down.

  22. My dear sister in Christ, you are a true inspiration. I can’t wait to watch this one. I loss but tend to jump off the wagon after a while I gain it all back. Low carbs and sugar is hard. I lost 28 lbs in 3 months and dropped a size but since the holidays I just can’t get back on track and have gained 12 back. Organic Apple cider refrigerator cucumbers are really pretty good.

  23. Really trying to get moving again. The only way I'll mvoe right now is a fun dance based workout. 😂 I started this today, and the way I felt ..as in NOT bloated was amazing! I'm drinking 3 times a day as a little experiment.
