Thank you for this nice workout when i wake up I am sore but no pain no gain also this isnt the only workout i do and i do 1 time after every meal which breakfast never go's above 300 cal and for lunch not over 400 cal i love my sweets even if im on a diet i can eat from 400 cal – 1000 cal a day this is a good workout if you really wanna burn those calories after binge eating fast or just for health also another reccomandation if your looking to have a kpop idol body and overall be smaller shiryln kim is also a very nice option most of my workouts consist of her there really nice u sweat a lot aslo if your trying to lose weight cardio is your best friend going on the tredmill can melt your love handels also using a sweat belt can help and when working choose clothes that would make you sweat more hope this helps :)))))
I started doing this workout recently
