  1. I reallllly love the simplicity of My Plate. I really think Lose It has to much chaotic shit happening. The only thing I like about lose it is it does track fast food like Taco bell etc. I will keep it because at worse I can snag the info from one and enter it into my plate manually.

  6. My problem with mfp is it tells me to eat 1200 cals a day and that’s just so unrealistic to sustain!

  8. I thought the same thing when you said the app was called fat secret. Made me cringe a little, lol. My first thought was that chosen name was a little shaming and negative. Don’t know why they would’ve chose that name. Must not have done research on the name before choosing it.

  10. MyFitnessPal was my favorite, but its not good anymore, they added adds and the barcode is no longer free 😢

I dont like to dig deep into the how too's or whatever, but istead of using an app.. with your opinion doe's eating- 2 1/3 servings of vanilla yogurt, a couple of strawberrys(0-10) and a small spinach salad with a teaspoon on ranch and maybe some chicken peice's a day sound like a better weight loss compared to me eating 1200 calories and day and barley working out.

I need to find a different keywords than "gym apps" for youtube search engine because I'm looking for a repackaged Excel into which i would be able to log the weights and reps I'm doing, so that I don't have to carry around a paper notebook and pen anymore, all the while lifting something like 20-30lbs, squatting less than my body weight, and feeling like a pretentious imposter ^^'. Or maybe I'll try excel.
    Okay, those are called "fitness trackers" and I've got them.

And let's be honest with ourselves – most of us were very active and outgoing before the full blown epidemic – we were on our feet most of the day but what happened during this coronavirus-19 episode in our lives. Of course, the virus is constantly mutating so we as a Geo-global human race well need to be on our toes – until we have discovered a way to turn off all the varient virus mutations – when we are at home we need to find ways to get off our rear and moving about our homes – else we our stuck with all those fatty producing stretch marks from our ass and down our legs. … I just can't wait to get out on a date for some healthy dancing. But again you got it – so kept on your feet and off your rear. .. Watching a good movie on the TV standing up.
