  1. Do NOT eat past 5pm.
    12-5pm is your window.
    Even better is 12-3pm and you’ll shed a lot more.
    Drink lemon water, have low of protein & fibre.
    Drink loads of water and get good sleep

  2. i actually have a question about the calories past 7:30 thing! i do a quick workout before i go to bed (usually around 10) and afterwards i drink a protein shake (usually around 160 calories). is that okay since it's technically "liquid" calories? or is it like. a STRICT no cals thing?

  3. The thing is I have dance till eight on mondays and Wednesdays and my parents make me eat because I go to dance at 5 so what do i do?

  4. If you're trying to lose 20 lbs in a month you will need to burn at least 3,000 calories a day. So realistically you're not going to be able to eating any food if you want to lose that much weight that fast.

  5. What if my parents give us dinner at like nine or 830 because some nights I eat at 8:30 I was just wondering because you said not to eat after like 730 but I think this video is really good so I can lose some weight. Thank you.❤😊

  7. If your overweight don't run do other kinds of cardio
    If you run you will grind out the cartilage in between your knees much faster

  8. The only way you’re going to lose 20lbs in one month doing it this way (which isn’t the wrong way) is if you’re morbidly obese.

  9. I've been doing this for 3 days when i have five eggs and an avocado at 12, then 2 hours later, it goes through me. I dont think i can tolerate the eggs

  14. I cut out avocado but will try re-introduce it again. I can only withstand 4 boiled eggs as I’m not a fan. I’m currently like this plan eating twice a day.

  15. That can be around 800 to 1200 calories if chicken or fish is main meat chosen. Too low.

  17. We're reading everywhere that women should not fast in the morning for their hormone health, as it puts the body in "survival mode", which isn't good for our cycles. Thoughts?
