i actually have a question about the calories past 7:30 thing! i do a quick workout before i go to bed (usually around 10) and afterwards i drink a protein shake (usually around 160 calories). is that okay since it's technically "liquid" calories? or is it like. a STRICT no cals thing?
The thing is I have dance till eight on mondays and Wednesdays and my parents make me eat because I go to dance at 5 so what do i do?

If you're trying to lose 20 lbs in a month you will need to burn at least 3,000 calories a day. So realistically you're not going to be able to eating any food if you want to lose that much weight that fast.

What if I go to bed at 5am? What time should my last meal be at? 😅
The only way you’re going to lose 20lbs in one month doing it this way (which isn’t the wrong way) is if you’re morbidly obese.

Not enough food for me. This is around 1000 calories. Just not enough.
I've been doing this for 3 days when i have five eggs and an avocado at 12, then 2 hours later, it goes through me. I dont think i can tolerate the eggs
