8 mins in and I wanna keep going but itβs embarrassing cuz my dad is passing by
I just found this video. I couldn't go all the way to 35 mins but i did my best to 15:29. I figure if I go for 15 mins everyday, then i can build up stamina, eventually I will be able to go all the way through the video. I don't know if you will ever see this, but thank you for posting this vid.
