I thought I’d tried everything until I found Woman's Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth. This book is next-level helpful!
This book, Woman's Weight Loss Secrets: The Unspoken Truth, completely changed how I approach weight loss. It’s a must-read!
Those eyes 🤩
This is why building muscle is important cause it keeps your metabolism ramped up
So eat less
I have hit a plateau. For 3 weeks the scales have not moved. I workout with weights. I walk at least half an hour every day. My diet is clean, accurate and well controlled and planned out in advance. I have been having 1500-1550 calories max per day. Low salt as well. I don't drink alcohol. I drink about 4 litres water per day. 1 decaf coffee now and then. I have one cheat meal per month.
In 8 months I have lost 5 stone and 2 pounds. I am currently at 13 stone 8 and have 1 and half stone to go. I am 5ft 10 male aged 44.
I am mega frustrated that for 3 weeks now. No change on scales. I have decided to drop my calories to 1400 for this coming week. To see if it moves the scales at all. It is very punishing feeling and I feel miserable but I am determined I will defeat the fat man that wants to come out. 😂
Any idea why this is happening. If I do it for a couple lf weeks a d there is no change I will have to go and see the doctor.
Over the past 8 months I’ve gone from 108kg down to 91kg but past 5 weeks I’ve stuck at 91, what’s worked over the first 6 months isn’t working, I’m not able to visit a gym anymore so I’ve literally just got body weight exercises and jogging/running as calorie burning tools, my average day is 1500 calories intake and a 800 calorie burn , most days I have a calorie deficit or 1200 from my predicted calorie intake of 2150 ,
I lost 30 lbs and stayed at that weight for like 2-3 months while still going to the gym and fast and had no idea what was going on. Then I realized really, it was my diet. I had been eating too much and especially at social gatherings and holidays. Made a change to a pretty good diet without sacrificing too much of my favorites and have been losing weight after since. But boy was it struggle. Diet and keeping track is pretty important.
I started with a large caloric deficit to maximize weight loss but I’ve plateaued already after only a week 😅
I feel like my daily caloric intake is already pretty low for me so I started going to the gym and hope that increasing my activity will help me get past this stall.
What if your weight loss doesn't just plateau but starts to reverse? Is it the same problem as plateau with the same solutions?
What if you have chronic illnesses that flare up and affect your ability to concentrate to do what needs to be done to keep track of your health/ What if you get extreme fatigue and brain fog?
I lost 27 kg in 12 months after getting off psychiatric medications after it turned out I was misdiagnosed. Psychiatric medications cause massive weight gain in a very large percentage of people and slow metabolism, decrease testosterone and increase hunger. It turned out I was autistic not mentally ill. I've since found that most adult autistic people were misdiagnosed and put on psychiatric medications in my country, Australia decades ago. But on the 12th month the weight loss stopped or went up and down equally and now on the 13th month it is starting to reverse. I am very tired and fatigued and can't exercise as much. I started to go to the gym aged 48 about six months after the weight loss started. I haven't had the motivation or energy to go to the gym for a month. I still walk several kilometers a day but that doesn't stop the weight loss. I have not counted calories and would find it very challenging to keep track of all that. I have a neurological condition that causes extreme vertigo, brain fog and fatigue. This is very specific so I don't know what the advice would be.
I ve lost 10kg in 12 weeks but have 3kg to go and its stalled
My macro calculator says carbs should account for 40% of my diet to lose weight, so I’m not sure about that! 120 g of carbs, 38 g of fat and 93 g of protein (for a 49 year old female).
Blah blah blah…..get to the point this is a waste of time.
the human body has learnt to survive when calories are low so it slows everything to survive thats why you have hit a plateau I broke my plateaue by doing a 7 day waterfast it worked because 0 calories for 7 days the body had no choice but to burn fat for energy to survive try it this works
I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I used to be 191, and right now I'm 189, which I lost in 1 month, and I'm still at the same weight after 2 months of training. I'm hitting my target calorie goal daily, working out consistently, and doing cardio regularly, but no matter what I do, for the last 4 weeks I have been stuck at the same weight. It's very frustrating. I just lost 2 pounds, and then I hit a plateau. Does anyone know what to do? I'm so frustrated.
Been stuck at 165lbs for 3 weeks after being down 30lbs. On a 1300 calorie diet that I track religiously. Walk 6 miles per day. So frustrating.
Hope this can help some of you guys if you find yourself at a weight loss stand still 🙂

What method of coloring counting would you suggest? Is there an app you would recommend?
I had a plateau for almost a year. I stopped working out for a whole week plus I ate 1500 for one day then went to 915 the following day.
Yes let us know
❤😊🎉 Please and thank you!
❤
Yes please
I feel like if I ate 500 more calories and cut my cardio in half for 2 weeks I would definitely put on weight.
What about if U have been restrictive before
I did a diet break for two weeks. Went up two lbs. this was end of December. Went back to regular deficit with high protein low sodium, high hydration, lifting PPL and steps. Still at the same plateau.
I realized I hit a plateau when I was less consistent with food tracking. I knew I was eating too much carbs. I implemented a 36 hour fast. Then a week later I restricted my carbs for 2 days. I ended up losing 5lbs and rebooted the fat burning. Plateau typically means you have to change what you are currently doing. I'll try what's mentioned in this video next time.
So I need help but I dont have 2 weeks to diet break. I need to loose some more belly fat before end of May.
I followed your aggresive mini diet. I finished week 7, and I lost 10kg from 80kg to 69.4kg at 170cm age 25 Male.
Week 8 I notice weight isnt changing anymore. Been eating 1250 calories daily since 8 weeks ago. But have most of unwanted fat on middle and lower belly. Obliques are much leaner then center and lower belly. Navy calculator says I need to loose about 4.5kgs to get around the 10.5% bodyfat. Currently around 16.8% according to navy calculator method.
Need help doctor 😅
The plateau where you picked that word sounds beautiful. In the disease there are the words crisis, ie, the rise of the disease, the decline of the disease and remission, weakening or decline. Those. the process of motion sickness or recovery. The geographical designation of the plateau (fr. Plateau, from plat – "flat") is an elevated plain with a flat or wavy, weakly divided surface, bounded by distinct ledges from the adjacent plain spaces of the earth's surface. The plateau does not move because it is a plane. displacement due to shifting tectonic plates. We are constantly on it on the plateau. It does not rise or fall. I didn't get it. you have confused medicine and geography. There is a name for stable remission. Reconvalescence is a healing process. normal life of the body after illness. Stable (lat. Equilibrium) state of health. Didn't try to repeat the geography textbookthe geographic society may sue you for illegal use of the plateau geographic designation
I need help but i have no money for a couch.
I've been eating in a sustainable calorie deficit of a 1800 calories a day. And i've actually changed it a few times and cut back when the weight loss fully stopped.
It has been 6 months since i'm doing it. I've been consistent.
Working out 5-6 days a day, hitting my steps, sleeping enough and having rest days in between, and also sticking to my diet.
I've seen some progress in fat loss but not that much.
Not noticeably at least.
I've gained good amount of muscle too maybe that's masking my fat loss.
But there is no major changes.
Though I always watch your videos and check along with you.
when you went on a diet break, how long did you do it for?
Don't work
Dont listen to this clown. Fake…
I hit a weight loss plateau and I am doing a 72 hour fast to reset things. I also want the maximum autophagy benefits.

Im only 14 and it took me five days to go down from 80 to 72.9 but I need to do more walking
