  3. I used to love doing dead bugs and yes they look and feel hilarious but it wasn’t giving me the results I wanted. I highly recommend them because they did give me progress but it wasn’t for me.

  5. I cannot lift my leg in the air while exercising
    It once started a knee pain so these are not for me
