  1. Oh sorry mate, your girlfriend will be disappointed once your 35.
Try keeping it down when your middle aged.

  2. Buddy if that actually took a week the whole world would be ripped that should take 7 months max

  3. hi my bf is aboout 13 .14 /100 can i start bulkng or wait till id get 10 /100 . thanks

  4. I did something similar. I usually don't eat breakfast and find it easy to only eat one meal a day, so I kinda naturally slide into intermittent fasting, which doesn't burn fat in and of itself, but limiting my caloric intake to a smaller portion of the day does naturally lower it since I eat less in a day. I built on that by eating super healthy, basically making large batches of rice with chicken and broccoli and rice with beef and peas with some fruits and veggies and salads thrown in. I also ended up doing an experiment on top of that by water fasting every other day, by eating earlier in the day and then later in the day alternatingly I naturally ended up going more than 24 hours without food and only drinking water, which pushed my body to cannibalize fat. Also during all this I mostly did bodyweight workouts and focused on building definition in my abs and stuff, since the end goal was transitioning to a period of lean mass bulking afterwards.

Lost no weight in those 2 weeks, but lost enough fat and built enough muscle for a visible six pack, and afterwards my clean bulk was easier since the results were so easy to see rather than being hidden under fat. Now I've gained 10 pounds of lean muscle and am back to eating normally since I'm back in the gym training at a higher intensity, feeling better than ever.

  5. Thank you for being so damn honest in that ending. You're the first ripped dude who has pointed out this truth. I am 8 months into my weightlifting journey and sometimes I do think that this is ridiculous. Why am I spending so much time at the gym? Why am I doing things that 150 years ago would've been seen as daft and weird since only peasants did manual labor? Why am I eating in such a restricted way? But then I think about my higher self-esteem, the fact that I have greater control over my weightlifting regimen than I have control over other aspects of my life, more people have been finding me attractive, and I am setting myself on an aging process that is better than most men. But the details and the day-in, day-out actions of this journey are truly ridiculous.

  6. What do you mean 'not that much difference'?! Look at the difference in the legs especially, that's actually insane

  7. Wonderful job. I'm curious if you actually lost weight in the thighs or if you're just flexing them in the second pic. Because they don't appear to have lost any mass.
