Feels like a warmup, need to cut short those breaks. Or maybe I'm doing too much of Jo's hiit workouts
Definitely one of your easiest work outs. I added burpees for the first 2, and jumping jacks during the breaks.
Yeah breaks a bit too long, but def got tougher around 8-9-10th rounds. I just add more reps to each workout
