    my current weight is 80.5 kg (177.47 lbs)
    goal is 65 kg (143 lbs)
    i'll update everyday. trying to follow 1200 cal diet.

    Day 1: ✅ DONE
    wasnt hard at all! i took before pics and all my measurements. should i post them? lmk. im very bloated for some reason and the workout helped a lot!

    Day 2: ✅ super easy and i really felt my back working out for the first time haha! i was super sore from yesterday but also proud. but i
    ate a lot of chips so im guilty 😢 I'll have to seriously fix my diet.

    Day 3: ✅ super sweaty!
    calories burned :
    1st video = 120 cal
    2nd = 80
    i didnt count for the 3rd one as its just abs.
    today is going good. had oats for breakfast followed by some curd and banana.
    abs are feeling the burn today!!!
    also did a dance workout of 157 cals

    day 4 : REST

    DAY 5: ✅
    did it in the evening instead of morning. total calories burned = 207

    DAY 6 : ✅

    DAY 7: REST

  10. I’m 62kg as a 12 yr old who has some muscle but I’m trying to loose weight cause people call me fat 😅 ik I’m still young but yk I still want to loose weight. I could last days without water but I’m going to start drinking more water and I’m going to cut out unhealthy foods.
    day 1: ✅ (quit half way through and started doing planks and hip dips)
    day 2: ✅ (lifted weights as a extra)
