It’s Train Gaby, and you’ve formally made it to Day 10– the FINAL DAY of the 10-Day Spring Reset Difficulty

Today’s exercise is a Total Body Tone session that’s all standing and designed to bring everything together– legs, glutes, arms, back, and core– in one strong, low-impact circulation you can do right at home.

This regimen has to do with completing what you began. We’re integrating full-body forming with stable, intentional movement to assist enhance the strength, endurance, and consistency you have actually built over the last 10 days.

You can expect:
– Full-body toning and activation
– All-standing, joint-friendly activity
– Low-impact, at-home simplicity
– A strong, certain finish

  1. Day 10 is done, better late than not at all (had a busy day, and this was my first opportunity to work out)! What a great workout to end the challenge. I'm out of breath! Thank you, Coach Gaby, for another great workout, and thank you to all the coaches for another amazing challenge!
