  2. Alr ima start doing this and ima set a alarm so that i remember,i will be doing the build a booty one also any one know how much i should do??for now i will do 30ร—3 reps and 2 minute break

    Day 1:ok kinda burned a lil but i dont think any changes also how long should i do this for
    Day 2:Alr not so bad im also using another excerise to help so ya
    Day 3:I searched on google and it said to not do like excerises everyday bc then that be overtraining and may even shrink so ya i will do again on the fourth then rest on 5th then again on 6th and rest on 7th and keep doing it like that until i see progress.
    Day 4:I just finished doing the build booty one and didnt check to see if i made progress but will check rn,Alr idk if my eyes tripping but i think i made a little progress but i definitely believe that if i keep doing this for a month well technically 15 workout days and then the other 15 resting days then i might see more progress

  3. i am going to do these exercises for one entire week and after that iโ€™ll tell you if it works
