i feel your pain i tried slimfast didnt go well for me . i also did the slimming world diet and lost 2 stone in 6 months was never hungry .. they have meals in iceland and recipies on there sight all calorie counted .. oh by the way 4 years later my 2 stone has reared its ugly head need to get it off again 😂
Make sure you are getting at least up to 1200 calories a day or your body will start storing fat because it's in starvation mode! Much love! My journey started three days ago, I was around 250lbs last time I weighed myself after having my daughter. Good luck to us all!

some of you make this so hard and its not. Just have a shake in the morning and one for lunch and a dinner with no more than 800 calories and drink water no juice and no soda. You will be at your weight before you know it. If you really follow this there is no way that you wont loose weight.
96kg→60kg in 8month with slim fast.
2times meals replaced. It workd but period stopped and start having grey hair.
I'm doing this currently but instead of ice I use frozen fruit, when I'm feeling dangerous I'll add frozen bananas to a chocolate smoothie with a spoon of peanut butter….lol,you try to make the best of it however you can.

I love slim fast so much and it’s been four weeks now that I have been using are use the powder one. I finished the strawberry flavour and that was so delicious and now I’m using banana flavour which is so delicious and the new ones are bit more lower calories 225 cal, and no added sugar at all which is really good and extremely tasty and it is really works I use exactly what it says. The slim fast website has got Little peas with ingredients and many more things and I do follow it exactly and you know what it is so delicious and so filly. I have lost a lot of weight obviously not fast but I do exercise as well at the same time I do recommend everyone… And I’m going to use two or three months more then I’ll be done it I’ll be in best weight for my self.
You have to add less milk if you're adding ice.
That's far too much ice, which is why the shake was tasteless. I use 3 small cubes.

My knees feel like they are giving out. But I am not that old. So maybe I will be doing this as well. (137 kilos now, I think 130 kilos will be better for my knees).
How are you doing now? It’s 3/26/23. Just started Slim Fast. Figuring around 1300 calories/day. I have 80 lbs to lose. I have in the past lost 5 stones in 13 months. Off the diet, up about 23 lbs regain so looking to get it off. I’m from Florida, USA.
