  7. Watching your hair sweep the dirty public gym floor is icking me out! Yuck. 🤢 The gym is pretty gross, period, the floor is probably worse. Just like wearing workout gear that allows bare skin touching the equipment is a huge no no. Talk about unsanitary. Even wiping equipment down is not perfect. Considering most people don't wipe down enough or leave wet long enough to actually do anything to disinfect the surface.

    Now that I got that out of the way… This is a very helpful video. Have been working out for years but just started going to a gym again for the first time in forever when I have a long break between classes on campus. It's small and old and unfortunately lately the weight area seems to be constantly packed by a large group of lunky college guys. I have a universal gym at home and weights so I hate having access to a gym and wasting my opportunity to do stuff I can't do at home but feel awkward wanting

    On another note I feel awkward wandering around but sure what to do so this helps.
