Simply push off eating late into the day, i work so its easy to do that for me i just eat 2 fruit cups in 100% juice no added sugar thru my day at work and take creatine with lots of water, then i get home shower smoke chill, then i cook and i dont feel starved or hungry or drained i feel normal
