Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I think that I need to have tried every weight loss system that was available, but in the end not one of them helped me to shed and maintain the weight off. Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I think that I must have tested every fat reduction program that was available, but eventually not one of them made it easier for me to lose and keep the weight off.   14. Thanks Dr Jason! I am really inspired and planning to do a 40 day fast in 2025. But I am starting small with 2 or 3 days and progressively get to 40-day fast. I'd love to get back to my youth weight and also prevent diseases (Healthy now but being overweight will cause diseases in the future in my view)! Follow me if you wanna know how much I will be able to lose by the end of the year. I am 127kg (280 pounds) at the moment. I am doing it unsupervised hopefully everything will go well!

  15. What (not) to eat? No refined and added suggars, moderate amount of protein and lots of healthy fats.
    When to eat? When its the most fitting to my schedule (e.g. evening, when everyone gathers).
    How often to eat? As less as possible (which ultimately goes into longer fasting periods and longer fat burning periods).

    Keep in mind: The often you eat, the longer insulin stays up and stores fat. The less you eat, the longer the insulin stays down making
    fat burning possible. That means, too, that you should not be snacking.

  17. I know and understand all of this information, but it doesnt stop my food addiction/binge eating disorder. I ordered the Obesity Code book but now think "its not glong to work if you cant put in the effort!" – because for the laast 15 years ive not been able to go 24 hours without binging or craving white flour products or goving in to thise cravings. I dont know what to do anymore.

  18. if you watch the show mad men you can get a real glimpse into the reality of why we have ended up here. businessmen in the industry of food and drinks have created an epidemic of health because profit requires corners to be cut, which equals highly processed and unhealthy food. everything the gentleman in this video is saying is quite literally common sense and nature. i dont mean that to discredit him or to sound snarky. but its the truth. eat real food, clean food and drink water. its that simple. you are what you eat. animals and nature provides. they always have.

  19. Im in a ketogenic diet and its helped so far . Very clean and Whole Foods Keto . My carbs are low and I feel way better . Healthy wild game meats and fish. and moderate veggies . No grains and very little A2 dairy . I also don’t eat after 7 .
