I really think stress is underrated cause. In the times of my life when being abused or feeling stressed over loved ones I got the fattest. My ideal weight was 12-13 years old. I ate 3 chocolate chip cookies 2 chocolate chips at lunch everyday. Usually ate Mexican takeout for dinner lol. Walked alot and had a lemon ice Gatorade addiction. I had long term stress that resulted in nelly fat. Im out of the situation now but how do I grt rid of the belly?

But my cortisol is way too low. I got it tested at a functional med doc and it was flatlined even in the morning. It never ever had a spike.

I also really appreciated your short about how stress and cortisol need me to MOVE so my body can use that cortisol instead of letting it cause me to store more fat. I am not someone who can consistently follow an exercise program for multiple reasons; but I CAN, at select moments, get up and move if sufficiently motivated!
And now, whenever I feel my stress level starting to rise for whatever reason, I am finding that knowing this DOES motivate me to get up and jump around, or get on my Healthrider, go outside and jump on my mini trampoline, etc!
So for the first time, I am finally starting to get some movement into my day too! Thank you soooo much! I couldn't appreciate you more!!! 🥰🤗♥️
