You guys should update this video :/ there’s a lot that has changed regarding the perception of food and weight loss since 8 years ago and eating cereal for breakfast is not going to reduce the level of ghrelin production if anything it will probably spike your glucose and insulin levels, and then crash afterwards, inducing ghrelin release
