  3. I’m a male and I’m overweight so I don’t expect much muscle building while losing weight but I really don’t mind having a toned body after my weight loss. Like I would love to define the muscles I have already after I’ve lost the weight.

  5. The Agoge diet is truly something else, do not know why, but somehow it worked better than anything else I tried for increasing muscle.

  6. I can't recommend the Agoge diet enough, that stuff helped me gain so much muscle.
