I bought the Chocolate Royale SF powder mix and I add a cup of milk to a half cup of water and the shake generally seems bigger than what I've ever gotten in the bottles, and I find the taste better than the bottled stuff (personally). I skip on the snack stuff by them though and substitute it for fruit along with drinking both brewed peppermint/green tea mixed and chilling it in the fridge for an hour or so cause I find you can have a large amount of food for the same caloric intake than what is in their tiny snacks and teas are a good metabolism booster. Really enjoying your content though it's really interesting to watch and see the reality of how hard it can be.

Back in the late 1980's I used to use the slimfast diet when it was just the powdered shake. "A shake in the morning, a shake in the afternoon, and a sensible dinner" was their advertisement. I was also 5'5" and weighed 105 pounds. I used the 'diet' if I had gained 5 pounds and I wanted to lose it in a week. I also swam 1 to 2 hours 5 days a week. (Hay I was in my late 20's).
Well, my boss saw me downing a shake for lunch and she asked me about it. She tried it right away without doing any research. She told me that by the 3rd day she was so gassy that she blew a wet one in her panties at the grocery store and had to go home immediately !!/:)
It was too much fiber for her.
Chunky is a texture, not a flavor. How can you claim your drink is chunky chocolate and not have chunks? >:O
