  1. Just started on JUly 1 to drink ACV 2 times a day. Did my before measurements and pictures and weight, really curious to see if this is a good addition to my gym life and proper eating. I am stuck in the 170's and cant get out. Just have the final 40 to drop………I will follow up Oct 30th with the results.

  3. You are right, but it tastes so bad to some of us. I'm 77 and have a fatty liver. My downfall is too many bananas and carbs. I cannot exercise a lot and if I don't eat something when I first get up I get really weak. My main once a day meal is green leafy veggies and lean meat. I eat four eggs a day along with one banana and one ounce of bread. At the end of the day, I cannot lose that belly fat, so I'm going to try ACV and try to get it down.

    ACV, Organic Cranberry Juice, Organic Lemonade or Lemon Squeezed and Cold Water…RESULT: DELICIOUS DELICIOUS!
    Have it 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then again later on in the day! I CRAVE IT all day! THANKS DR BERG!!     Place 2 slices of pepper Jack on it.
    Microwave for 30seconds.
    Lay 3 slices of ham on cheese
    Lay banana peppers on ham
    Evenly pour 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar on top
    Roll and eat.
    This is delicious and your hunger will go away for hours.

  16. Okay I really like Dr Berg but this information can be misleading and a fallacy.
    ACV prevents you from absorbing potassium which leads to osteoarthritis. Also, it causes gastroparesis which paralyzes the digestive system, then you don’t get hunger sensations from your gut, which causes delayed emptying from the stomach, then your food rots and ferments inside your stomach causing it to lose nutritional value, it becomes rotten garbage, like eating out of your trash can.
    Then when the food reaches your lower intestines there’s zero nutrients and minerals to be absorbed. When potassium becomes deficient it cannot regulate fluid volume, control blood pressure, and it leads to brittle bones.
    The body overall is 7.3 alkaline when you consume ACV which is acidic, it brings down the alkaline level. Then the body tries to restore that 7.3 level by pulling out calcium and potassium from the bones causing a depletion. This leads to heart problems, osteoporosis, calcium loss in your teeth, hair loss, skin issues etc…
    Also, the stomach acid is 2.0, very acidic, which has the ability to breakdown food and kill dangerous bacteria and viruses. But ACV adds acidity causing the stomach cells to stop producing its own acid then causing the cells to reduce the amount of acid it needs to produce in order to prevent too much acid in the stomach. When acid levels get too low it can no longer break down the food which causes malnutrition. Also the low stomach acid predisposes you to infections known as Helicobacter pylori,
    “H-pylori”, a very dangerous bug that looks like a screw that digs into the lining of the stomach making it very difficult to get rid of. This leads to leaky gut, IBS, ulcers, etc. unfortunately traditional medicine will not help because the real issue is the level of stomach acid from the ACV.
    If you want to be healthy don’t fall for the fallacy that nutrition comes from ACV because it doesn’t. I use to consume ACV on a daily basis for years and now I’m suffering from all of those issues I mentioned. My health is a travesty at 63. Now I’m trying to heal myself after all the years of living healthily, working out and doing it all wrong with ACV🌺
