Please note 1: I do not constantly have that much time on my hands to make my food appearance quite which is why this isn’t one of the most reasonable means of showing you what i consume. for a 100% practical method I rec seeing my most recent what i eat in a week!
Please note 2: When I slimmed down I didn’t have any kind of high levels of caffeine. That’s the only distinction tho. I always eat up until I am complete as well as try to pay attention to my body’s all-natural appetite signs

healthy protein baked oats:.
– 45g plant based yogurt.
– 35g immediate oats/ oat flour.

– 100ml plant mylk.

– 1tbsp olive oil.
– 1/2tbsp chili powder.
– 1tbsp paprika.
– 1/2tbsp cumin.
– salt to taste.
– 1/2 lime pressed.
– 2 cloves of garlic (minced).
– 1tbsp cut cilantro.
