The govt. made what might have even been an honest mistake about fat and carbs in the 60's but there's no excuse for them to still be doing it 60 years later. Or are those kickbacks from the food industry a good excuse?
The front desk girl and I are friends and we both were talking about how we gained weight and we had a record here so we really weren’t outside very much and then we were watching this wonderful TV show called. Call the midwife.!!! ❤❤ well she gained significant amount of weight this summer and I was wondering why she said she loves to snack at night she’s single and she gets really bored and lonely and I was like wow OK I don’t snack at all. I should be super skinny, so yeah I guess that was a huge eye-opener to me that people eat munchies snacks, all kinds of little things in their cabinets junk food. I think the best thing to do is not start. Just don’t buy it. Don’t bring it home.
