    I wanna ask if i do this every other day as my upper body routine, it doesn't have any problem? I mean i just follow this routin for my upper body because i do abs and waist workout 3 times a week and 3 times for upper body as well.

  14. When i first started doing your workouts i barely could do a push up. Im not where I want to be but now i can do a couple least 4 Im Getting stronger and i feel so much better! thank you your workout are amazing there so much variety!!
