  4. Y’all, don’t start breathing really hard it won’t work 😂 he left out some details so this is how it works for those who don’t know. You body need energy (specifically glucose) to run and to conduct cellular respiration, the food you eat contains energy but if you eat more than you need your body has to store it. But if you eat less and exercise more, your body has to tap into that extra store of fat to sustain itself (plus built up muscle that requires even more energy to run) C02 are water are just byproducts of cellular respiration. 😂 hope that’s helpful!

Just figure out your maintenance calories and eat 300 cals less every single day go on google look up maintenance cal calculator put in your info and it will give you a rough estimate and then adjust your diet from their and stop making excuses because some of you get cheat meals eat this and that saying “one little chip won’t hurt” like how badly do you really even want this
