Wouldn't you want to avoid foods that are high in phytoestrogens like flax, chia, as well as soy, especially now while we're trying to have the least amount of interference or hormone disruption as possible. I know phytoestrogens can be endocrine disruptors. I found them ok to eat when I was younger but not as much in midlife. They tended to muddy the waters when trying to get a good idea of where my hormones are really at after eating a very clean and whole food diet for almost 4 years now. Interested to hear your take on this.
My biggest fear is mental and physical disability as an old person.
With all the research out there it has been proven that the body can process more than 30g of protein at one sitting. I eat 200g a day spread between 4 to 5 meals, I am 58, 3 years in meno, 5'11 at 150lbs with 19%body fat. Eat protein first in every meal!

I can get rid of everyone's fat and cellulite much much quicker and simpler…get rid of all animal products. ALL!
The fat will gradually disappear, dairy causes cellulite so that will completely go away (as the weight is lost), and after you get rid of all the meat and dairy addictions, your skin will become beautiful, weight normalized and illnesses are not attracted to you anymore.
Not mamy physicians know much about it unless they step out of the "meat and dairy and big pharma" box (very powerful industries who fund medical schools).
My sister is a physician and has taught me the basics but I took off with it and so has my husband, kids and grandkids. We all look different (in a positive way) and no diseases, all gone and feeling fantastic!
P.S. There's no such thing as protein deficiency, which is how these industries get people to eat animals (we are NOT carnivores, as indicated by our lack of K-9teeth for flesh eating and 30 ft intestines as opposed to a carnivore's 3 ft so the animals pass right through.
Our entire family got all our protein and vitamin levels checked out and they're perfect! No supplements needed.
