  5. My knees pull to the outside of my legs. The doctors told me the cause was due to my q angle being really wide. I was told I needed a knee replacement in my early 30s and I have yet to do it because I feel I can heal myself. The rooting method requires knees over big toes point straight forward. Every practitioner I have worked with has told me to point my toes out externally to adjust for the strain on my kneecaps. Given your knowledge and experience, have worked with people like me? Should I point my toes straight or out? do you think the fascia work can help? I know when I foam roll my exterior thigh, it helps with the kneecaps. It just doesn't last and is incredibly painful.
