  2. As this is very good advice, some people( like myself) HATE the texture of steam veggies so I guess what I am saying is that this is not for everyone

  3. As soon as you eat something that raises blood sugar and gives you an insulin spike, your body stops burning fat and burns sugar, storing excess as fat. Their is a vast difference between 100 calories of candy and 100 calories of vegetables. Also…Fructose "The good sugar" from fruit, goes straight to the liver and is directly converted to fat in a process called hepatic de novo lipogenesis. Meat and vegetables are the way to go.

  4. I wish this worked for me! Unfortunately, vegetables make my eczema really bad, so I can't eat them. I have to stick to a mostly meat diet for my health.
