  4. I'm at my very first experiences with IF, I was always addicted to food and now am trying to cleanse myself with water only fasting for a few days. But I am taking baby steps. First will be doing 16 to 24 hrs intermittent. Will work myself to a 48 hour fast, in a few weeks, but for now, training my brain that's it's perfectly ok to go without food. I need to re wire my constant food cravings.

  9. I'm almost done, with my 2nd day of I.F. I have dinner at 6pm n breakfast at 9am. I did have a lean cusuine for lunch. But, tomorrow im going to try only 2 meals a day. If im hungry, im going to have a power bar around noon

  14. ❤ 1st yr in 2019 I dropped 16 lbs from 138 to 122Lbs. I’m 5’ tall. Then with healthy eating for Life, in ‘20 ‘21 ‘22, ~+1Lb/Yr dropped. Our college weight & before-baby weight(s) returned again after 24Yrs. U can do it! 8p-11:59 am is I. F.

  15. my weight has been in zig-zag for years with pretty solid exercise but poor diet. Intermittent Fasting these past months gave me RESULTS and with LESS EFFORT. I do a full day sometimes, other times 1-meal (dinner) days. Regardless, both WORK. The day works better, but 1 meal works very damn close. Also the mental benefits are amazing for anxiety.

  17. Thanks for the effort, but you really need to spend some more time researching the topic. Intermittent fasting is not focused on calorie deficits and weight loss. You obviously are lacking even a minimal understanding of the terms apoptosis and autophagy, as well as IFs impacts on blood sugar levels, insulin resistance, cell regeneration, cleansing of fatty liver, etc. You are currently misinforming people. I would suggest watching some videos by Jason Fung, Dr Berg, and others.
