The Most Effective Fat Loss Diet Video clip Score:/ 5
What if you hace high cholesterol?
It’s because you omit the other stuff is why it works
Why show snacks if you're saying no snacks?
It's not healthy dawg!
This is REALLY irresponsible advice. By doing this, your bad LDL cholesterol shoots WAY UP, even if you've never had cholesterol issues before. Once your cholesterol gets out of whack, it can be VERY difficult bring it back down. Just get your bloodwork and your medical exams done, you will see. Don't let them sell you on "cholesterol is not that bad for you." It is and it brings serious consequences.
Cholesterol begins to build up plaque in your arteries, including your carotid arteries, placing you at HIGH RISK for strokes, heart attacks, high blood pressure, and other cardiovascular diseases or events.
Being on a Ketogenic diet is also very acidic, which eats away at the minerals in your bones – moreso if you are not doing healthy Keto, which requires 7-10 cups of vegetables daily. This can lead to a rapid deterioration of your bone density, resulting in osteopenia and osteoporosis, also VERY difficult to reverse, taking YEARS, IF reversible all.
Then, in your ignorant, faddish behavior, all the doctors can to do is medicate you and pile on the medications (for cholesterol, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, etc.) as symptoms shoot off in a cadence, which in themselves bring side effects, more diseases and more medications.
Extra calcium supplements for your bones can lead to calcium deposits in your arteries and organs, especially kidneys, leading to greater arterial blockage, kidney stones and kidney disease. Osteoporosis medication makes your bones brittle so that they shatter instead of fracture.
Speaking from EXPERIENCE. With Keto, within 1 to 2 years, you can RUIN your health. Don't be lazy. Don't be ignorant. Don't just listen to internet gurus cashing in views on youtube from brain-fogged people looking for easy fixes (I was one of them). DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
Above all, get all your medical exams done, keep a close periodic check on them for prevention, and consult your Doctor and LICENSED nutritionist regularly. They can spot early detection of health impacts and they can help you lose weight without ruining your health.
Having a balanced amount of carbs for energy allows your body to send the other macros to where they need to go: protein to your muscles, fat to its respective functions, etc. Just eat balanced, natural (i.e., organic, unprocessed), healthy and in proportionate moderation. Exercise, sleep (control and minimise caffeine intake), and learn to manage stress, as cortisol is a major culprit in weight gain issues, as well as other hormone imbalances from improper sleep. See Dr. Matthew Walker (UC Berkeley) and Dr. Andrew Huberman (Stanford) for more on this.
Keto may be used successfully on people already sick with neurological disorders, to improve their quality of life amid seizures. However, Keto does sicken otherwise healthy people, and in many cases (if you look at charts published on the death rates, age at death and causes of death of Keto/Adkins low carb gurus), we can clearly see that it can lead to premature death.
Im confused. Im 45 201 pounds on high alert for a stroke. My cholesterol is high and my triglycerides are through the roof…..yet my sons and friends say carnivore. They want to bury me lol …anyone?:
It would be nice to see the PMID or DOI for the evidence of your evidence based advice. The particular claims I have not seen evidence for are decreased meal frequency showing any benefit and "BBBE" having a benefit over a balanced calorically restricted diet.
Just discreetly go away, please!
Yep I did this and lost 40 lbs in about 4-5 months. And kept it off until I got pregnant. Kept it off using on and off carnivore.
Also, I still at ice cream about every 2 weeks when dieting and it still worked as long as I was doing it the other times.
Well yeah. In my experience it’s nearly impossible to get down over 1200 calories of that stuff in a single day whether in one meal or two. Combine with the fact protein burns more calories in the body & the no carb means low water retention yes of course you’ll lose a ton of fat. But so would anyone eating 900 absorbable calories a day
Protein. Gotta eat protein and mainly protein
Nope.
Works for some. Not me.
2 years carnivore. Lost 12kg. Have to lose the last 30lg on chicken and rice.
I don't understand him. I think he said something about bacon and eggs
Word
Ok, thank Dr 👏🏻🩵
My eating window is 10 to 3
Don’t eat too little carbs as it can cause muscle fatigue, energy decrease, and harder to burn fat because less energy to workout and exercise.
What’s a discrete meal?
