  1. So here's the thing… I drink plenty of water…9 to 12 cups a day.. I work out and I eat very clean…
    I have stubborn belly fat and I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO… I am disciplined and I've tried everything I don't know what I'm doing wrong

  2. This is an old, but tried and true method to help you eat less and perhaps lose weight because it helps fill you up so you won't eat as much and you feel a little more full.

  4. I drink water before and after my meals. I'm fat because of my stressful environment that I need to get away from! Things WILL turn around for me once I leave here: then I will have some peace and get better sleep.🀞

  5. The reason why he’s saying this is because when you drink water before your food it makes you full and then when you need to use the bathroom, you pee out all the toxic things so always drink water
