    August 2nd 2020. Just downloaded My Fitness Pal this morning. Swam vigorously this afternoon (that left me out of breath) and had a gentle 20 minute walk in the night. Using this meditation for the first time: EVERY DAY for the next 30 days (at least). Starting weight: 176 lbs.

  6. I never realize how much I need these til I hear them. They have allowed me to make huge strides in my trauma and BPD healing. I would like one that combines this with more focus on health and less on looks. I don't have a dream body, I have a dream level of health, strength and ability and fitness. I don't want to look/appear good. I want to be/feel good and stop being chained to a scale number and other people's opinions. My obesity is caused by fear, trauma and shame. Thank you soooooooooo much for helping me understand through these how undeserving and unsafe I was feeling…how much I couldn't release or allow. Now, that I realize it, I can work on it. I listen to your videos every single night and have shared them a lot.

    Day 1: I didn’t notice much difference in the way I ate or my weight, but I’m pretty sure that’s just cause it’s the first day! (I listened to 6 hours of it while sleeping and 20 minutes of other sublimals)
    Day 2: I noticed I was more hesitant to eat more and ended up not doing so!
    Day 3: I went to a party today so I ate a little more than I should of. But I definitely ate less then what I normally would!
    Day 4: I ate a little more than the days before but I still ate quite less than previous days.
