  9. Running Is actually not good For your News! Lol That has been proven for a while and Athletes who have ran always getting knee surgeries or no longer have Cartilage on their knees. That was the only Thing wrong with this video.

  22. One this that I would like to say is that diet is super important. A person's rmr is generally around 2000 and as 30min jog (for me) burns around 500, so whilst it does add something it's not a substantial amount. Diet is not about eating less amounts and completely cutting everything bad out, because it is not sustainable, each person will fin they're own healthy, but what has worked for me is the "perfect plate" rule each plate should aim to be 1/2 veggies, 1/4 protein, 1/4 healthy carbs. In saying that, in order to avoid burn out around that rule, I follow that 80/20 rule where 80% of the time I eat that way and 20% of the time I let myself just enjoy life. It's about balance

    I was a fat one, for real , I just ate in a calorie deficit and lifted weights. Lost it by building muscle and eating protein, the higher my protein the less hungry I was. So if you have 2000 Cals to spend , make sure to spend a lot of them on protein. Some people get a gram of protein per pound of desired body weight , mine was a bit lower then that. But I was always filling full even though I was only eating 2000 Cals a day . However I think that running is more of a way to exercise my heart muscle. So I run, but not for weight loss, but to exercise my heart muscle. 💪🏾 ps it was very helpful to me to watch this in 0.75.
