Should I do this first thing in the morning ?
I'm soooo not putting a lime in an oatmeal smoothie! I don't mind putting it in my water, though. Now I wouldn't mind putting cinnamon in it, and then some Xylitol instead of sugar. Then it would be like eating that cinnamon spice flavored instant oatmeal which I absolutely loved. And I wouldn't be taking in all that sugar.
I am on my 3rd day, I added the lemon/lime, (depending on what was available) dash cinnamon, and a dash of cayeen pepper and I lost 1.4lbs each day😊

Don’t jump on me for this but it helps with weight loss because your only eating/ drinking around 200cals depending on how much oats you put in the mix, I’ve been doing this for years and if I want to increase my weight I add up to 80g oats to my smoothies if I am looking to lose weight I decrease this to around 40g oats, therefore cutting or adding around 200cals per serving
